Please be as detailed as possible with your issue when raising a ticket. Include as many details as possible to help us resolve the problem for you.
Do not raise multiple tickets for the same issue, this will only push your ticket down the queue and increase the resolution time.
While we’re available to everyone for subscription and billing related queries, we only offer technical assistance to our paid subscribers. Please be mindful of that when raising a ticket.
