To reach the Emprer support team, email us at support@emprer.com or simply click the Support button on the bottom right of your screen and send us a message. While we’re prompt with our response, we might take a few hours to respond depending on the queue and the timings. 

Ticketing Considerations

  • Please be as detailed as possible with your issue when raising a ticket. Include as many details as possible to help us resolve the problem for you.
  • Do not raise multiple tickets for the same issue, this will only push your ticket down the queue and increase the resolution time.
  • While we’re available to everyone for subscription and billing related queries, we only offer technical assistance to our paid subscribers. Please be mindful of that when raising a ticket.
