Refund Policy

Due to the nature of downloadable software, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase has been made. This policy helps protect misuse of our services.   2. Investigation:
    • Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information or documentation to better understand the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24-48 hours.
  3. Decision:
    • After reviewing your request, we will notify you of our decision. If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Important Notes
  • Refunds are not applicable for issues related to software compatibility issues or services not provided by Emprer.
  • Refunds are not applicable if you change your mind about your purchase.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund request if it does not meet our refund policy criteria or if we suspect any form of abuse or fraud.
Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to the manage-billing section in your dashboard. Simply click “Cancel Subscription” to complete the cancellation process. Once your subscription is canceled, you will retain access to your account and all subscription benefits until the end of your current billing cycle.
